THE MOST COMMON QUESTIONS
Frequently asked questions
What if I'm not home when you deliver?
No problem. If you plan to be away at the time of delivery, we ask that you leave a bucket of water out near your door that we can pop your tree in until you return home.
Do I need to buy in advance?
Yes. We only have a limited number of trees to sell and they are high in demand! We encourage you to purchase your tree via our 'Buy Now' link online as soon as possible.
Can I pick up?
We take all of the hassle out of Christmas tree transporting for you. Just 'Buy Now' through our website and you will be prompted to pop in your address. Then we will ensure your freshly cut Christmas tree is delivered to your house for you on the 5th of December 2020.
Where do you deliver to?
When are the Christmas trees cut?
In order to ensure the freshest trees are delivered to your door, we cut them the same day we deliver them to you! For 2020, this is Saturday December 5th.
How old are the Christmas trees?
The trees are anywhere between 3.5-4.5 years old on the day of harvest ( 5th December 2020).
How can I keep my tree looking green and fresh through until Christmas day?
Take a look at our ‘tree care’ tab on this website and this will help your healthy fresh tree last the distance and still be looking good on Christmas day.
